Delivery Manager

AfriGIS seeks a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager to join our team.

• Relevant Degree in either Process Engineering or Information Technology.
• Relevant delivery, project, or agile qualifications.
• 8+ years proven experience in a Delivery Manager, PMO, or portfolio delivery role.
• Strong delivery, portfolio, or programme management expertise in the field of software development projects.
• Experience working with multiple Project Managers and Product Owners in parallel.
• Strong background in client-facing delivery environments.
• Advanced resource planning and capacity management capability.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and Product Owners.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical, structured, and outcome-focused mindset.
• Have a working understanding of technology components utilised in delivery.
